Community Training Programme
FABWELD 50+ COURSES
At The Welding Academy, we proudly support the development of people and projects within our local community. We have designed a number of practical training programmes for non-professional welders, such as those who would like to learn new skills to enhance their personal projects and hobbies, as well as those looking for a new focus and companionship during retirement.
Welding is a skill that is acquired over a number of years spent training, practising and working within the industry. Certificated courses can be expensive and unnecessary for many who only wish to learn the basic skills. Our range of courses for beginners teach you all you need to know to be able to produce a welded joint to an acceptable standard for small projects.
You will be invited to develop your own project. We will support you to learn the necessary skills required to complete your individual project.
Fabrication and welding can be a very expensive requirement. Classic car enthusiasts through to the hobbyist in their garden shed will benefit from being able to produce welded joints, repairs or components accurately and consistently!
