The welding skills analysis takes place over a one-hour session at the Chester training centre. There are three sessions per day starting at 09:00, 11:00 and 13:00 . and on the first weekend of every month 10:00-15:00

Who is this for?

The development of each candidate is different, so programmes are built to fit each candidate. Therefore to understand your level and to get the best from the training you will undertake a welding skills analysis. The Welding Skills Analysis is a one-hour practical session that takes place in our workshop or at your company.

The assessment session will quantify your current skill level.  Therefore, allowing you and the instructor to agree on the level qualification or the amount of training required for coding. The instructor will take into account your experience, motivation, career goals and the company’s objectives.

You will complete the initial task unaided and then given advice and training for your last job to assess the speed of improvement from the intervention. At the end of the session, will discuss with you a plan for courses and guidance on your next steps
